The Difference Between Floss Action and Pro White Oral B Brush Heads

!±8± The Difference Between Floss Action and Pro White Oral B Brush Heads

Plenty of people think that there isn't a difference between the Oral B Floss Action replacement brush head and the Pro White brush head, they're completely wrong. As I tell those who ask, Oral B wouldn't create a different brush if it didn't serve a particular function. They are two different types of brushes and each serves a particular purpose.

The Floss Action head is designed for daily use as a method maintaining clean teeth. It's bristles are designed to sweep and remove plaque and food debris from in between your teeth (flossing is still necessary). It is also designed to better clean teeth surface along the gum lines.

As for the Pro White, you'll notice it has a yellow rubber like cup in the middle of the head similar to the utensil the dentist uses to polish your teeth. The Pro White is designed to improve the whiteness of your teeth in 21 days. So, using this brush for 21 days and then switching back to the Floss Action brush will help your overall dental health. What I do is 3 times a week I'll use the Pro White head after I brush normally with the Floss Action head to get the best of both worlds.

You can truly feel the difference between the two brush heads when you use them and they both provide different uses. I recommend you keep both on hand and equate it to washing and waxing your car. You'll wash your car (the Floss Action head) a lot and then once in a while you'll wax it (the Pro White head) to get that extra polish!
